Terms, Privacy and Refunds
Three short documents on one page, because splitting them across three near-empty pages helps nobody. Plain English throughout; where a line matters it is written to be read, not skipped.
Terms of use
What you are buying
A time-limited licence to use the extension — not the software itself, and not transferable. Plans are sold by duration (30, 60, 120, 180 or 360 days) and run from first activation. Nothing renews on its own.
One code, one character
A code binds to a single Gladiatus player id the first time it is used and stays bound for the life of that licence. Several characters means several codes — ask on Discord, it is an ordinary request.
What you may not do
Share, resell, sublicense or publish your code. Decompile, repack or redistribute the extension, or resell access to it under another name. A code found in public circulation, or used to attack the service, is revoked without notice and without a refund.
The game's own rules
Gladiatus is operated by Gameforge, and Gameforge's terms forbid automation. Using this extension can get your game account suspended or banned. That risk is yours alone, and a ban is not grounds for a refund or a replacement licence. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Gameforge in any way.
No warranty
Provided as it is. It depends on a third-party website that can change without notice and break a feature until it is updated. No uptime and no result is promised, and liability is limited to what you paid for the licence in question.
Privacy
What leaves your browser
A licence check sends five things: your licence code, your Gladiatus player id, your character name, your server, and the extension version. Nothing else is sent unless you switch Telegram on.
What the licence server keeps
The code, the player id it is bound to, the plan and the expiry date — that record is the licence. Each check is also logged with the player id and the network address it came from, kept for one year, to spot the free trial being claimed over and over.
Telegram, only if you turn it on
It ships switched off. Enabled, it sends your code, player id, a linking code, whether the bot is running and a short line saying what it last did — the same lines as the bot's own log. It checks for commands every 30 seconds and on each page load. Those messages pass through Telegram, who have their own privacy policy. Unlink and it stops.
What never leaves your machine
Your settings, rules and logs. Your Gladiatus password — it is never asked for. Your browsing history, and anything from any other site: the extension runs on Gladiatus and nowhere else. It reads the login token Gladiatus already placed in your browser so it can open a character for you, and uses it only against Gladiatus's own site. There is no analytics or tracking of any kind, and nothing is ever sold or shared for advertising.
Payments and this site
Card details go to the payment provider and never touch this site, the extension or the licence server. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Asking what is held, or having it deleted
Write to [email protected]. Deleting the record ends the licence, because the record is the licence. Log entries age out within a year, or sooner on request.
Refunds
Free for three days first, then final
Every plan is preceded by a free 3-day trial with the complete feature set unlocked — not a demo, not a cut-down version. Because the whole product is free to try before any money changes hands, purchases are not refunded: any plan length, whether it was used for a day or its full term. Take the trial; that is what it is for.
Also not refundable
A game account banned for automation, a change on Gladiatus's side that breaks a feature, a licence bound to the wrong character, a code shared and then revoked, or changing your mind.
Where something has genuinely gone wrong
A duplicate charge, a code that never arrived, or a code that does not work and cannot be made to work is a different matter — write to [email protected] or ask on Discord and it will be put right.
Nothing on this page is legal advice, and it does not replace the terms of the payment provider you buy through or of Gladiatus itself. Back to the site
